Teen Therapy and Counseling in Southeastern WI

“Life is on fire when we hit our teens” - Daniel J. Siegel, M.D.

Being a teenager Is Tough.

Between friendships, academic pressure, family expectations, and figuring out who you are, there’s a lot to navigate—and not always a place to make sense of it all. Having a space to talk about it all can make a huge difference.

My Approach

Watching your teenager navigate the ups and downs of adolescence can be hard, especially when you see them struggling and aren't sure how to help. Maybe they've been withdrawing from family, putting more pressure on themselves, struggling with friendships, or seeming less like the person you know. You want to support them, but sometimes it's hard to know what they need or how to reach them.

The teenage years bring so many changes, from figuring out who they are to navigating relationships and growing independence. Therapy offers a space for teens to make sense of these experiences, feel understood, and develop a better understanding of themselves. With the right support, they can begin to navigate challenges with greater confidence and build a foundation for their emotional well-being as they grow.
